Important Regional and Hardware Notes:
Dual Active eSIMs: On iPhone 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, Air, and SE 3 (2022) models, you can have two eSIMs activated at the same time.
China, Hong Kong, and Macao Restrictions: iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM functionality. Most iPhones from Hong Kong and Macao also lack eSIM capabilities, with the only exceptions being the iPhone Air, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2020), and iPhone XS.
eSIM-Only Models (No Physical Tray): All iPhone 14, 15, 16, and 17 series models purchased in the USA do not have physical SIM card trays and are eSIM-only. Additionally, the iPhone Air is eSIM-only globally.
